Elizabeth Gunn is a member of the Business group and focuses on representing closely-held businesses, their owners, executives, and individuals with complex financial situations. Her experience and law practice covers a range of creditor and debtor issues from involvement and representation in large scale, complex national chapter 11 cases to individual debtor cases. She is a member of the Creditor's Rights and Bankruptcy teams. She is based in the firm's Richmond office.
